摘要
目的评价脊髓型颈椎病患者行颈前路减压融合内固定术治疗的临床效果。方法观察34例脊髓型颈椎病患者行颈前路减压钛网植骨内固定术治疗后肢体功能及全身情况。结果所有患者随访8-20个月，神经功能明显改善，椎间植骨全部融合，无断钉、断板及内固定松动。结论颈前路减压植骨内固定术是治疗脊髓型颈椎病的有效方法，疗效满意。
[ Objective ] To determine the clinical outcomes of cervial spondylotic myelopathy with anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with autograft and plating. [Methods ] The clinical results 34 cases of cervical spondylotic myelopathy by anterior cervical decompression. [ Results ] All cases followed up for 8-20 months, the nervous function was markedly improved. Complete fusion of bone graft was observed in all cases, and these were no breakage of the plates or the screws, and no loosening of fixation. [ Conclusion ] The canalis spinalis decompressing by anterior approach andbone graft fusion with cervical spine locking plate is an effective therapy for cervial spondylotic myelopathy, with a satisfactory result.
