摘要 再狭窄是限制冠状动脉内支架术远期成功的重要因素。缝隙连接蛋白信号通路通过参与了血管内皮的增殖、迁移等过程的信号转导从而对支架置入后损伤的内膜增生过程产生影响。同时缝隙连接蛋白家族表达改变及其基因多态性与心血管疾病的发生发展有着密切的相关性。 In - stent restenosis is the important factor in long - term success for intracoronary stent implantation. Connexin may be involved in Ecs migration and proliferation signaling pathway, so it affects the process of endarterium hyperplasia damaged after coronary stenting. And gap junctions protein (Connexin) family expression changes and genetic polymorphism are associated with the in- cidence and development of cardiovascular disease.
