Toll样受体在肝脏缺血再灌注损伤中的作用及机制研究进展
摘要
Toll样受体是一个新的细胞受体蛋白家族,参与病原相关的炎症反应,近年来发现其同样参与损伤诱导的炎症反应。而缺血再灌注导致的病理反应就是一个过度的炎症反应。Toll样受体在肝脏缺血再灌注中具有重要作用。就其作用及机制作一综述。
