摘要
用超声波辅助乙醇溶液浸提法和索氏提取法提取新疆地方植物药材紫穗槐中黄酮化合物并进行含量测定。以芦丁为对照品,NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH体系为显色剂,利用分光光度法在510nm处测定提取物中的总黄酮的含量。校准曲线为A=11.825C-0.0139,r=0.9992。超声提取法所得总黄酮的含量以芦丁计算为2.3562%,索氏提取法所得总黄酮的含量以芦丁计算为2.6375%,平均回收率分别为102.16%和96.53%。索氏提取法的提取优于超声波辅助乙醇浸提法,该法简单、准确,可用于新疆紫穗槐果实总黄酮的测定。
The total flavonoids in Amorpha fruticosa L.of Xinjiang Local medicinal plantswere compounds by Soxhlet extractor and alcohol solution extraction in cooperation with ultrasonic wave,and the content of which was determined by spectrophotometry at 510nm with rutin as standard and NaNO2-Al(NO3)3-NaOH systems as colour-developing agent.The standard curve was A=11.825C-0.0139,r=0.9992.The contents of total flavonoids in amorpha fruticosa were respectively 2.3562%and 2.6375%by the two extraction methods,and the average recoveries were 102.16%and 96.53%,respectively.Soxhelt methods is better than ultrasound-assisted alcohol extraction technology.This method is simple and accurate,and that can be applied to determine the content of total flavonoids from Amorpha fruticosa L.of Xinjiang.
