摘要
通过对NaNO2 -Al(NO3 ) 3 -NaOH体系分光光度法测定总黄酮含量实验步骤的详细研究 ,指出了该方法中几个值得注意的问题 ,总结出一种快速的总黄酮含量测定方法。
Several problems in determining total flavonoids have be pointed out through detailedly researching the experimental steps of that by using the method of spectrophotometry in the NaNO 2- Al(NO 3) 3-NaOH system.A quickly determining method has been summarized in this paper.
