摘要 通过对日系便利店进入中国的动因及在华发展战略的研究,着重在进入战略、总体布局、经营的本土化战略及扩张战略等几个方面,分析了日系便利店在华的战略特征及其未来发展趋势;进而分析了日系便利店在华发展战略特征和趋势对中国便利店的竞争格局的影响。
