摘要 目的探讨前列腺癌(PCa)患者内分泌治疗前后DWI表现和ADC值的变化情况及其与PSA的相关性。方法对22例接受内分泌治疗的PCa患者测量治疗前后ADC值、PSA的变化情况,并对其相关性进行统计学分析。结果 PCa患者治疗前后ADC值分别为(0.82±0.18)×10-3 mm2/s、(1.13±0.35)×10-3 mm2/s,PSA分别为(418.89±1505.71)ng/ml、(330.68±1092.21)ng/ml,差异均有统计学意义;Spearman相关分析结果显示PCa患者治疗前后ADC值与PSA呈负相关(r=-0.763,P<0.0001)。结论单纯依靠PSA难以全面评估PCa患者治疗前后的病情变化。DWI可作为治疗监测与疗效评估手段,更好地指导临床治疗PCa。 Objective To evaluate the changes of DWI performances and ADC values in prostate cancer(PCa) patients and their correlation with PSA.Methods Changes of PSA and ADC values of 22 PCa patients before and after hormone therapy were evaluated,and their relevance was statistically analyzed.Results Before and after hormone therapy,the ADC values were(0.82±0.18)×10-3 mm2/s and(1.13±0.35)×10-3 mm2/s,PSA were(418.89±1505.71)ng/ml and(330.68±1092.21)ng/ml(all P0.05).ADC values and PSA were negatively correlated(r=-0.763,P0.0001).Conclusion The therapeutic effect of PCa is difficult to evaluate only by PSA.DWI is a better method to guide clinical management and monitor therapeutic effect in patients with PCa.
