重度子前期患者外周血单个核细胞颗粒酶B mRNA的表达及意义

摘要 目的:探讨外周血单个核细胞颗粒酶B(GzmB)mRNA在重度子前期发病中的作用。方法:选取2007年12月—2009年6月就诊于我院产科的重度子前期患者32例(子前期组),正常孕妇32例(对照组)。采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应方法检测其外周血单个核细胞GzmB mRNA的表达,并与平均动脉压进行相关性分析。结果:子前期组GzmB mRNA相对表达强度为1.297±0.239,高于对照组的0.792±0.210,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。重度子前期孕妇外周血中单个核细胞GzmB mRNA表达水平与平均动脉压呈正相关(r=0.693,P<0.01)。结论:GzmB可能参与了重度子前期的发病过程。
