摘要
城市基础设施是城市发展的物质基础 ,其可持续发展是城市可持续发展的基础。基于可持续发展的思想 ,分析了基础设施相对短缺的原因 ,提出了基础设施可持续利用的概念 ;给出了基础设施可持续利用的反馈机制 ,为调控基础设施建设 ,实现其可持续利用奠定了基础。
This paper brings out the concept of sustainable utilization of infrastructure based on the thoughts of the sustainable development.The reasons of the relative shortage of the infrastructure are analyzed.The feedback mechanism of the sustainable utilization of infrastructure is given to provide the scientific basis for controlling the infrastructure.
