摘要
就采用“排空法”海上更换压载水进行分析研究 ,并根据实船计算着重讨论此法在安全方面的问题与对策。
This paper is an analysis and research on exchanging ballast water at sea the sequential method,and concentrates on the problems in respect of safety and its solutions according to calculation of the experimental vessel.
