摘要
为减少锌镀层的腐蚀速率,通常采用铬酸盐钝化。但由于铬酸盐钝化对环境的污染,寻找一种低毒的代替铬酸盐钝化的处理工艺是十分必要的,钼酸盐钝化是最有前途的一种。本文综述了国内外镀锌层钼酸盐钝化的研究概况。
In order to reduce corrosive rate, zinc plated parts are usually chromatized. However, chromates have caused increasingly environmental concern. The need to find low toxicity alternatives to hexavalent chromium based passivation treatment is of prime importance. Molybdate passivation can be used to replace chromate in a wide range of applications. Progress of molybdate passivating for zinc coating is stated.
