钼酸盐钝化液的研制

摘要 研制了一种热镀锌钢板的无铬钝化液,采用在钼酸盐和磷酸钝化液中添加各种化学试剂,以提高钝化膜的耐腐蚀性能。采用附着力试验、醋酸铅加速腐蚀试验、中性盐雾试验和电化学试验分析无铬钝化膜的耐腐蚀性能。结果表明,此无铬钝化膜具有成本低廉且具有良好的抗白绣能力,符合欧洲RoHS指令,可以用来代替铬酸钝化。 Research a chromium-free passivation product on hot-dip galvanizing steel sheet. In order to strengthen corrosion resistance of passivation film, mix into all kinds of chemical agent in passivation solution of molybdate and H3PO4. Analysis corrosion resistance of chromium-free passivation film use some laboratory methods, such as adhesive attraction test, (CH3COO)2Pb accelerated corrosion test, neutral salt spray test, and electrochemistry test. The results of the sample for the test have shown that this kind of chromium-free passivation film had good white rust resistance performance and low-cost, it's in line with European RollS Directive. therefore it can replace chromium passivation technology.
