摘要
本文分析当前高职高专师资队伍建设意义及存在的问题,结合我校国家示范建设情况提出了有利于师资队伍建设的几点建议,为高职高专师资队伍建设提供参考。
This paper analyzes the construction significance of the current higher vocational teachership staff and existing problems,gives a few pieces of advice combining national exemplary higher vocational colleges about the teachership construction to provide references for the constrction of teaching staff.
