摘要
高等职业教育与普通高等教育属不同的办学类型,双师型教师是高职教育办学特色的根本保障。在分析双师型教师队伍建设存在的问题的基础上,提出了双师型教师队伍建设的对策。
Higher vocational education and other higher education are the different in educational style. The type of instructor-engineer teachers is the guarantee of the characteristic of higher vocational education. In this article, the author analyzes the problems in the construction of instructor-engineer teachers and brings forward the countermeasures to it.
