摘要
本文以民办高校为国家培养人才的层次为划分标准,以国家相关政策出台以及民办高校取得阶段性成绩为标志,提出陕西民办高校三个发展阶段观点。旨在对我们正确认识民办高校发展态势提供参考、对我国改革开放事业在民办高等教育领域的经验总结与展望、对民办高校作为改革开放贡献者形象的展示和彰显。
The paper has put forward the view on three stages of development of Shaanxi private university.It has the dividing standard of personnel training for our country by private university.It has the mark of our country＇s policies and periodic achievement by private private university.The aim of this paper is to provide reference for us to recognize the developing situation of private university.It has reached the conclusion of our country＇s reform and open policy in private university.It has showed the image of contributor of private university in our reform and open policy.
