摘要
提出了热震条件下的强度衰减方程 ,用多种耐火材料的试验结果对该方程进行了拟合 .强度衰减速率和残余强度两者的对数值间存在或分段存在直线关系 ,由此可将材料分成 3种类型 ,并可更精确评价其抗热震性 .
A creep bending strength degradation equation was proposed under thermal shock condition. Several refractories were tested and regression for the equation was made . It is found that there is a logarithmic correlation between strength degradation velocity and residual strength. The correlation may be a a straight line or a broken line which results from different damage mechanisms. Thus,refractories can be divided into three kinds and their resistance of thermal shock can be evaluated more accurately.
