摘要
对醇 -水溶液加热法所制得的粉体的烧结行为进行了研究 .结果表明 :经过 4 50℃ ,5h煅烧 ,醇 -水溶液加热法所制得的粉体的硬团聚体比较小 ,因而烧结性能比较好 ;在 1 1 50℃ ,2h的条件下烧结 ,获得相对密度达 98.5%的烧结体 .与其它一些粉体制备方法相比 ,醇 -水溶液加热法所得粉体的烧结行为的重复性很好 ,不须经过预粗化处理就能达到较高的烧结密度 .这说明此方法所得粉体颗粒比较均匀、成型坯体缺陷少 ,有利于制备纳米Y -TZP材料 .
The sintering behavior of ZrO 2 powder obtained by heating of alcohol_aqueous salt solution was investigated. The results show that the powder calcined at 450 ℃ possesses a better sintering behavior than those calcined at lower or higher temperature because of its smaller aggregates. A relative density of 98.5% can be obtained when the powder is sintered at 1 150 ℃ for 2 h. It is found that the repeatability of the sintering results is very well and no precoarsening is needed compared with some kinds of powder obtained by other synthesizing methods.
