摘要
以分析纯氢氧化钠和氯氧化锆为原料 ,通过低温强碱合成法简单、方便地合成了二氧化锆晶核 .通过 4 0 0℃的热处理形成四方或立方相二氧化锆超细粉 ,其一次颗粒尺寸约为 7nm左右 .与其他方法相比 ,该方法具有粉末预烧温度低、能耗小、操作简便、资源可循环利用、对环境污染小等优点 ,是一种绿色合成方法 .
A new preparation method for nanometer zirconia powder is proposed. In low_temperature superalkaline condition,the nuclei of zirconia were synthesized simply by stirring and milling the solid mixture of sodium hydroxide and zirconium oxychloride. After being calcinated at 400 ℃, the nuclei were integrated into tetragonal/cubic phase, whose crystal size was about 7 nm. Compared with traditional chemical methods, this new method is a new method with low energy consumption, convenient for operation and source recycle, and a few environmental pollution.
