二氧化锆粉体的液相烧结性能研究 被引量:2

ZIRCONIA POWDER PROPERTIES OF THE LIQUID PHASE SINTERING

摘要 以CaO-Al2O3-SiO2玻璃为烧结助剂,对二氧化锆粉体的液相烧结性能进行研究,通过液相烧结在1300℃~1350℃制备了Y-TZP陶瓷。研究了工业粉料液相烧结制备TZP陶瓷的致密化、相组成和常温力学性能及杂质含量对试样性能的影响,并分析了烧结试样的显微结构。 Y-TZP ceramic were prepared at 1300℃-1350℃ by liquid phase sintering with the addition of CaO-Al2O3-SiO2 glass as sintering additive to study the Sintering performance of Zirconia. The impact of densification, phase composition and mechanical properties at room temperature and impurity content on the properties of the sample prepared by industrial liquid phase sintering powder were discussed. The microstructure of sintered samples were analyzed.
