职业院校教师教育教学能力提升的实践探索——以辽宁职业学院为例 被引量:3

摘要 随着高等职业教育的迅速发展,教师教育教学能力如何顺应高职教育发展成为研究热点。辽宁职业学院进行了教师教育教学能力提升的实践探索,形成了教师教育教学能力提升的多维模式,即从转变观念、提高认识入手,然后开展校内外实践能力培训与考核,提升教师的实践操作能力。同时开展社会服务活动,进一步提高教师实践能力与社会服务能力,取得了一定成效。 With the rapid development of higher vocational education, it becomes researching hotspot for teachers' educational teaching ability on how to comply with the development of higher vocational education. Liaoning Vocational College makes the practical exploration on the improvement of teachers' educational teaching ability, forming multi-dimension model for improving teachers' educational teaching ability. It needs to change concept and increase understanding. Then it can develop the training and exam of practical ability inside and outside colleges for improving teachers' practical operating ability. Meanwhile it develops social service activity for increasing teachers' practical ability and social service ability further, which has achieved certain effect.
