脊柱三维有限元分析研究应用进展 被引量:2

摘要 人体脊柱解剖结构复杂,不仅形状不规则,而且构件也十分不均匀,对脊柱进行应力、应变等生物力学分析有较高难度,有时难以通过实验达到研究目的。近年来随着计算机技术的进步,有限单元方法(finite element method,FEM)作为研究方法之一,在脊柱生物力学研究领域中已得到日益广泛的应用,并取得了迅猛发展,
