摘要
临床实习是医学教育的重要阶段,医学生的职业道德、临床思维、操作技能培养均取决于实习阶段的教育。普通外科是外科学的基础,临床教学过程中,带教老师要促进学生理论与实践的结合,加强医德医风教育,强化教学管理,培养其临床思维能力和外科实践技能,促进医学生转变为合格的临床医生。
Abstract Clinical practice is an important stage of medical education, professional ethics of medical students, clinical thinking and skills training depend on the education of the clinical phase practice. For general surgery is the basis of surgery, clinical teachers must promote the combination of theory and practice, strengthen medical ethics education, strengthen the teaching management, and develop their clinical thinking ability and practical skills in the teaching process of general surgery in order to made medical students become into qualified clinicians.
