摘要
目的:观察不同浓度芫花对胆囊平滑肌运动的影响。方法:用8个灌流肌槽同时记录实验动物胆囊肌条的自发收缩活动。结果:(1)芫花水煎剂可增高离体胆囊肌条的张力,加快收缩频率,减小收缩波平均振幅。(2)酚妥拉明、苯海拉明、消炎痛可部分阻断芫花对胆囊肌条的作用。结论:芫花对豚鼠离体胆囊肌条的作用与肾上腺素α受体、组胺H1受体、前列腺素合成酶有关。
Objective:To observe the effect of different concentration of genkwa on gallbladder smooth muscle.Method:Spontaneous contractive activity was observed and recorded with eight tissue chambers.Result:1)The tension of gallbladder muscle,the frequency of tension and the average amplitude highly relied on genkwa dosage.2)Phentolamine,Benzhydramine and indomethactine can patrially block the effect of genkwa.Conclusion:The effect of genkwa on the isolated gallbladder muscle of guinea pig have relation with adrenergic receptor,histamine H 1 receptor and prostaglandin synthelase.
