高效液相测定酸水解芫花黄酮苷元含量 被引量:3

摘要 本文采用酸水解-HPLC法对芫花药材中黄酮苷元含量测定。以甲醇-0.4%HAe(80:20)为流动相,338nm波长下检测,流速1.0mL·min^-1。结果表明:木犀草素、芹菜素、芫花素与其他成分达到良好分离度,对照品线形范围依次为0.0456-0.456μg(r=0.9998),0.0892-0.892μg(r=-0.9995),0.192~1.92μg(r=0.9996)。该方法操作简便,结果准确,能同时测定水解后芫花药材中3种黄酮苷元含量,可以为芫花药材质量标准研究提供可靠参考。 To develop determination method of 3 flavonoid aglycones of Flos genkwa by acid hydrolysis and H PLC. The HPLC separation was performed with methanol- 0.4%HAc methanol solution as mobile phase(80:20). The flow rate was 1.0mL ·min^-1. The result showed luteolin, apigenin and genkwanin had good separation with other components, reference substance were followed by linear range of 0.0456-0.456μg (r=0.9998),0.0892- 0.892μg(r=0.9995 ),0.192-1.92μg(r=0.9996). Satisfactory results are obtained for the simultaneous determination of the 3 main flavonoid aglycones of flos genkwa. This method is simple, accurate and provides a reliable reference for the flos genkwa medicinal quality standards research.
