摘要
本文采用酸水解-HPLC法对芫花药材中黄酮苷元含量测定。以甲醇-0．4％HAe（80：20）为流动相，338nm波长下检测，流速1．0mL·min^-1。结果表明：木犀草素、芹菜素、芫花素与其他成分达到良好分离度，对照品线形范围依次为0．0456-0．456μg（r=0．9998），0．0892-0．892μg（r=-0．9995），0．192～1．92μg（r=0．9996）。该方法操作简便，结果准确，能同时测定水解后芫花药材中3种黄酮苷元含量，可以为芫花药材质量标准研究提供可靠参考。
To develop determination method of 3 flavonoid aglycones of Flos genkwa by acid hydrolysis and H PLC. The HPLC separation was performed with methanol- 0.4%HAc methanol solution as mobile phase（80：20）. The flow rate was 1.0mL ·min^-1. The result showed luteolin, apigenin and genkwanin had good separation with other components, reference substance were followed by linear range of 0.0456-0.456μg （r=0.9998）,0.0892- 0.892μg（r=0.9995 ）,0.192-1.92μg（r=0.9996）. Satisfactory results are obtained for the simultaneous determination of the 3 main flavonoid aglycones of flos genkwa. This method is simple, accurate and provides a reliable reference for the flos genkwa medicinal quality standards research.
