摘要
目的:观察头清胶囊配合牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病以眩晕为主症的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分为2组,每组60例,治疗组口服头清胶囊,并配合卧位枕颌带牵引,对照组口服活血胶囊,亦行卧位枕颌带牵引,疗程均为2周。回顾性分析临床资料及临床疗效。结果:观察组显效50例,有效8例,无效2例,总有效率96.7%,对照组显效24例,有效24例,无效12例,总有效率80%。2组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05),2组均未发生不良反应。结论:头清胶囊配合牵引治疗椎动脉型颈椎病眩晕疗效好。
Objective： To explore curative effect of TouQing capsules combined with traction in treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis taking vertigo as a primary symptom. Method： 120 cases of patients were divided into two groups on average randomly. Treatment group were administered with TouQing capsules and occipital-jaw band traction and control group with HuoXue capsules and occipital-jaw band traction for two weeks. Clinical data and curative effects were retrospectively analyzed. Result： In treatment group 50 cases were remarkably effective, 8 cases effective, 2 cases ineffective, total effective rate was 96.7%, in control group 24 cases were remarkably effective, 24 cases effective, 12 cases ineffective, total effective rate was 80%. The comparison of two groups showed significant difference （P〈 0.05）. Both groups were without adverse reaction. Conclusion： TouQing capsules combined with traction are effective in treating vertebral artery type of cervical spondylosis.
