According to the comparison and analysis of the 33 cases of nailfold microcirculation problem in cervical disease with that of 22 normal persons. Obvious changes have taken place in the patients microcirculation is found. It is believed that the blood of such patients in such a high glutinosity state that it disturbs the microcirculation. According to the traditional Chinese medical views, the reason are “Tanzhu” and “Yuxue”. For this reason cervical disease patients were treated with drug of reducing extravasated blood and drug of reducing phlegm. Good effect has been gained. At the same time better knowledge on the pretention and treatment of such disease has been acquired.
