摘要
通过对高血压病中医病因病机、辨证思路、治法方药的小结,并结合对1例高血压危象典型病例的诊断、治疗等的分析,提出治疗上应以调和肝之阴阳为主,兼以补肾,辅以行气活血化瘀为法。
Diagnosis and treatment for one typical case of hypertensive crisis were analyzed; etiology and mechanism of hypertension in TCM, thinking of syndrome differentiation and the prescription were summarized. It suggested that the main principle should regulate Yin and Yang of liver combined with nourishing kidney, supplemented with moving Qi, activating blood and resolving stagnation.
