摘要
[目的]探讨人性化护理对产科产妇术后疼痛及护理质量的影响。[方法]将200例择期手术分娩的产妇分为干预组和对照组,对照组实施传统的基础护理,干预组实施人性化护理,并比较两组产妇术后疼痛及护理质量情况。[结果]与对照组比较,干预组产妇术后疼痛情况明显轻(P<0.01),且护理质量明显高(P<0.01)。[结论]人性化护理能有效改善产科产妇术后疼痛、提高护理质量。
Objective：To probe into the influence of humanized care on postoperative pain and nursing quality of maternal in obstetrics.Methods：A total of 200 cases of maternal undergoing elective operative delivery were divided into intervention group and control group.The control group patients were given traditional basic nursing,while the intervention group patients were given humanized care.Then the postoperative pain and nursing quality of maternal were compared between the two groups.Results：The postoperative pain of the maternal in intervention group was significantly reduced compared with the control group（P0.01）,and the nursing quality was significantly improved（P0.01）.Conclusion：Humanized care can effectively improve the postoperative pain and nursing quality of maternal in department of obstetrics.
