摘要
为提高学生集散控制系统(DCS)的实际应用能力。给出一种基于JX-300XP DCS的CS2000过程控制实验实训系统。介绍了CS2000型过程控制实验装置的结构组成,以及JX-300XP DCS集散控制系统的特点;提出了基于JX-300XP DCS的CS2000过程控制实验装置的基本结构,硬软件配置、功能以及应用系统组态的基本思路。实施结果表明,通过不同实验项目的选择训练,学生可以分析各种控制算法的实际应用效果,掌握D C S过程控制系统集成的方法。
To enhance students practical skills of distributed control system （DCS）, a process control experimental system CS2000 based on JX-300XP DCS was provided. Firstly, the paper introduced the slructure and composition of CS2000 process control experimental device and the characteristics of JX-300XP DCS. Secondly, the basic construction, hardware and software configurations,functions of the JX-300XP DCS based process control experimental system CS2000 were given and the basic ideas of system configuration were also present here￡ Implementation result shows, by different ways of the project gaining, students can analyse the effect of practical appfication with various control algorithms and catch hold of the methods of DCS process control systems integration.
