摘要 针对目前工业现场的天然气计量情况,设计了超低功耗罗茨流量积算仪;引入天然气压缩系数Z,对理想气体状态方程进行修正,流量计能够更精确地实时温压补偿;详细介绍了积算仪的硬件和软件设计方案,利用MSP430单片机的低功耗和高集成度的优点,该系统适合于电池供电和远程应用场合,应用结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,检测精度高,具有一定的实用性和推广价值。 The ultra low power Roots flow accumulator is designed in need of increasing the accuracy of natural gas measurement in practice, with revision of perfect gas equation by using the gas compression factor Z, which could more accurately achieve the temperature and pressure eompensation of natural gas real time, The design of hardware and software of the system was introduced. With ultra low power and high integration of MSP430, this system is adapted to the condition of battery supply and long distance application. The application shows that this system runs stably and accurately. The technology and methods adopted in the system are practical and worthy of using abroad.
