摘要
学校工作目标的实现离不开校长与教师之间的有效沟通。做好沟通的准备工作,保持平和的沟通态度,坚持用心倾听,做到真正的换位思考和运用现代的技术手段是有效沟通的主要手段。在沟通时应坚持真心、真诚地相待教师,要因人而异区别对待不同的教师,要注意与教师交流的时机。
Effective communication between headmasters and teachers is a guarantee to fulfill school running.To make communication effective relies on the following ways：preparing well for the communication,keeping a good attitude and listening attentively,standing in listeners＇ position and using modern communicative techniques.When communicating,the headmaster should talk sincerely with different teachers at the right time.
