摘要
文章首先分析了低噪声放大器电路噪声系数,稳定性以及功率增益,然后设计了一个1.8GHz~2.2GHz的两级低噪声放大器(LNA)。版图联合仿真结果表明,该放大器的噪声系数小于0.7dB,功率增益大于20dB,输入驻波比小于1.5,输出驻波比小于2。根据一般工艺要求与版图联合仿真,做出实际电路板。
The stability,power gain,and noise figure of low noise amplifier are analyzed,and then a 1.8 GHz to 2.2 GHz two-stage low-noise amplifier(LNA) is designed.The co-simulation with layout results show that the noise figure 0.7 dB,the power gain 20 dB,input VSWR 1.5 and the output VSWR 2.,The practical circuit board is made according to the general process requirement and co-simulation with layout.
