摘要
以川香9838为对照,研究了杂交稻新组合Ⅱ优498种子萌发的生理特性。结果表明,Ⅱ优498的呼吸强度,过氧化物酶活性和α-淀粉酶活性均高于对照,但是根系活力、根冠比和相对叶绿素含量均较低。去壳和裂颖加速了萌发进程,但是萌发后秧苗素质差,对Ⅱ优498的影响更为明显。
In comparison with Chuan-Xiang9838,some physiological characteristics of seeds germination for the new hybrid rice combination Ⅱ you 498 were studied.The results showed,Ⅱyou 498 had a higher respiration rate,peroxidase activity,and α-amylase activity than those for the control.But the root activity, root cap ratio and chlorophyll content were lower than those for the control.In addition,the study found that hulled and opening glume treatment promote seed germination,but the poor quality of the latter seedlings, which was not good for the latter growth,especially toⅡyou 498.
