摘要
在研究了铜还原钼酸盐的基础上,研究了铜还原钼磷杂多酸对钼还原率的影响,对还原杂多酸作了正交试验分析,并与前者进行比较分析,得出反应温度为60℃、反应时间3 h、盐酸量1.6倍和磷酸量为2.0倍时为最佳的还原条件。
Based on the reduction of molybdate using copper,the reduced molybdenum coming from the reduction of molybdophosphoricheteropoly acid was researched.Comparing with this method,orthogonal tests of heteropoly acid were conducted.The optimal reducing conditions are 60℃,3hrs,1.6 times of hydrochloric acid and 2.0 times of phosphorus acid.
