摘要
定量分析了我国南方某市密度分区制度对开发强度控制的实施效果,结果表明,该市的密度分区对居住区开发强度的控制基本失效。对比香港地区密度分区制度,探讨了该市密度分区制度运行效果的产生原因和改进建议。
This article evaluates the effects of density zoning policies on development intensity control in a larger city in South China. It finds out that the effect of density zoning on development intensity is not as effective as expected. Compared with the practices in Hong Kong, it examines the reasons behind the current situations and presents some suggestions for future improvement.
