摘要
文章从区域经济的视角,对辽宁中部城市群发展过程进行了反思。重点分析了制约城市群持续发展的主要问题,探讨了在产业结构层面和空间布局层面解决老工业基地问题的基本命题。并就加速城市职能转换和升级、合理调整城市群的空间结构等提出了建设性的意见。
From the angle of regional economy, thisstudy observes the development of city cluster in cen-tral Liaoning province with concentration on the ob-structions on the way of sustainable development ofthe area. It provides that proper industrial structureand distribution is the key to revitalize this old indus-trial base. Then, it extends such constructive advices asspeeding up transformation and upgrading of cityfunctions, and regulating the spatial structure of thecluster.
