鸡加工产业耗费的玉米和能源等原材料较多,产生的废水、鸡粪、鸡血、鸡毛等废弃物的数量也非常可观,是一个对环境和资源承载力要求较高的产业。发展循环经济,实现节能降耗,降低生产成本,提高经济效益已经成为增强中国禽肉加工企业的国际市场竞争力,保障养禽业快速稳步发展的必然选择。河南大用集团是一家集畜禽良种繁育、养殖、饲料生产、食品研发加工、冷链销售、物流配送等为一体的特大型民营企业集团,在循环经济方面做了大量的卓有实效的探索和实践,通过对养殖和生产过程中物流和能流的合理配置、耦合共生、循环利用,实现企业、生态、经济、社会的多目标共赢,形成了具有鲜明特色的绿色肉鸡产业良性循环发展。
Broiler processing was an industry which highly demanded environment and resource capacity because of its high consummation of corn and energy resources, and very impressive wastes production of wastewater, manure, chicken blood and chicken feathers. Development of recycling economy, achieving energy saving, decreasing production costs and improving economic efficiency had become the inevitable choices to enhance the competitiveness in international markets and ensure rapid and steady development of the poultry processing enterprises of China. Henan Doyoo group＇s industrial involved poultry breeding and feeding, food developing and processing quick-frozen meat products sales and logistics distribution. It had done a lot of effective exploration and practice in the recycling economy, and realized multi-objectives winning in enterprise, ecol- ogy, economy and society, finally formed virtuous cycle of development for green broiler industry with distinct characteristic through rational allocation of energy and logistics flow in the process of breeding and production, and coupled symbiotic, re- cycling utilization.
