摘要
门式起重机、装卸桥、门座起重机和塔式起重机等大型设备一般都在露天工作,迎风面积大,承受较大的风载荷。为了防止被大风吹动或吹倒,这些设备必须装设可靠的防风抗滑装置。由于防风抗滑装置设计不当或动作失灵,造成起重机被大风吹动,在轨道尽头受阻翻倒的事故为数不少。本文介绍各种可供选用的防风抗滑装置的构造特点。
Gantry crane, loading/unloading bridge, portal crane and tower crane are big lifting appliances with large windward area, usually working in open air and subject to wind lead. In erder to prevent these cranes from moving or turn over under wind, reliable antislip devices must be equipped. Accidents, due to improper design or functioning of these devices, cranes are pushed by strong wind to move and turn over at the ends of runways, are not very rare. This paper introduces some applicable designs of such anti-slip devices.
