摘要
利用3,5-双(4-氨基苯氧基)苯甲酸(35BAPBA)、丁腈橡胶、活性稀释剂对环氧ES216进行改性,加入潜伏性固化剂,制备了一种高强度单组份环氧树脂胶粘剂。结果表明:该新型环氧树脂胶粘剂的剪切强度为24.7 MPa,初始热分解温度为375.1℃,表面能为43.1 mJ/m2,远小于水的表面能,具有良好的疏水性、力学性能和耐热性能。
A high-strength onecomponent epoxy adhesive was prepared with epoxy resin ES216 modified by 3,5-bis(4-aminophenoxy)benzoic acid(35BAPBA), nitrible rubber and reactive diluent and with adding latent curing agent. The results show that the shear strength of the new epoxy adhesive attains 24.7 MPa, the initial thermal decomposition temperature 375.1℃, and the surface energy 43.1 mJ/m2, far less than that of water, which indicate that the adhesive has good hydrophobicity, excellent mechanical proper- ties and heat resistance.
