摘要
文章以科技创新与产业结构调整为视角,梳理了最近一个时期水产品加工产业发展中出现的新特点,就我国水产品产业发展现状进行了分析,提出目前水产加工产业升级及结构调整中面临的挑战,进而为水产品加工产业健康发展提出建议。
This thesis summarizes the new characters of the aquatic products processing industry during its recent development in the view of technological innovation and industrial structure adjustment. On the basis of analysis of its current performance, this paper puts forward the challenges facing industrial upgrading and structure adjustment. Therefore, it proposes constructive advices for its healthy development.
