我国水产品出口增长的影响因素及国际竞争力分析 被引量:21

Analysis on export-growth factors and international competitive power of aquatic products in China

摘要 从1996年到2006年,特别是入世之后,我国水产品出口快速增长。本文借鉴 CMS 模型和 CA 指数,利用联合国贸易组织的统计数据,对我国水产品出口的变化进行实证分析。分析结果表明,入世后我国水产品出口的高速增长很大程度上是由世界市场对水产品需求引致;出口竞争力在我国水产品出口增加中起决定性作用,但入世后呈下降态势;出口市场分布对水产品出口增长一直是负面效应。通过 CA 指数得知我国水产品具有一定的国际竞争优势,但其竞争优势正在逐步下降。最后根据分析结果提出了相应的政策建议。 From 1996 to 2006, especially after entering WTO, aquatic products exportation increased rapidly. Through the CMS model and CA index, and by using the statistics data from United Nations Trade Organization, the author has analyzed the changes of aquatic products exportation in China. The results show that after entering WTO, the rapid growth of aquatic products exportation in China, to a large extent, is due to the demand by world market. The exportation competitive power plays a decisive role. But there has been a downward trend after the entering WTO. The export market distribution has a negative effect on aquatic products exportation growth. Through the CA index, the author has concluded that aquatic products in China have a certain international competitive power, but its competitive advantage is gradually declining. At last, based on analysis of the results, some recommendations are provided.
