摘要
教师的工作量是教师工作考核和工资发放的依据，同时也是教师辛勤劳动的体现，但由于其计算复杂内容繁琐，一直困扰着广大教师。该系统着眼于帮助广大教师能更加便捷的进行工作量核算，利用C语言对文件的读写技术，完成了教师工作量核算系统的设计与开发。
The teachers＂ workload is the basis of performance appraisal and it is also the embodiment of the teachers＂ hard work. However, people have been troubled by it due to its complex computation. The system present in this paper focus on simplifying the calculation of the workload, and finally accomplish the design and development of teachers＂ workload accounting system by using the read and write technology of fdes of C program language.
