摘要
医院信息系统(Hospital Information System,简称HIS),利用电子计算机和通讯设备,为医院所属各部门提供病人诊疗信息(Patient Care Information)和行政管理信息(Administration Information)的收集(Collect)、存储(Store)、处理(Process)、提取(Retrieve)和数据交换(Communicate)的能力并满足所有用户(Authorized Users)的功能需求,是计算机技术、通信技术和管理科学在医院信息管理中的应用,是计算机技术对医院管理、临床医学、医院信息管理长期影响、渗透以及相互结合的产物。
Hospital Information System is not only using electronic computer and communication quipment for all the hospital deparment to offer the ability of collection,storage,processing,retrieve and data Communicate in the Patient Care Information and Administration Information,but also satisfy all the Authorized Users＇ requirement.HIS is the application of computer technique,communications technique,manage science in the hospital,is the result of computer＇s infection,filter,and conjunction for hospital manage,clinic medicine and hospital information manage.
