摘要
研究了不同浓度的刘寄奴提取物对亚硝胺 (NDMA)合成的阻断作用及对亚硝酸钠的清除作用 ,并用Vc为对照品比较其阻断与清除能力 结果表明 :当提取物中固形物含量为 63 52mg/mL(其黄酮含量相当于 9 0 6mg/mL)时 ,对亚硝胺的阻断力可高达 93 88%;当提取物中固形物含量为 1 1 1 1 6mg/mL(其黄酮含量相当于 1 5 85mg/mL)时 ,对亚硝胺的阻断力可高达89 36%;与 1mgVc比较 ,当提取物中黄酮含量也为 1mg时 ,对亚硝胺的阻断力和对亚硝酸钠的清除率分别为 49 64%和 2 1 99%;同样条件下Vc的阻断与清除率分别为 62 1 4%和2 8 37%
The disconnecting nitrosodimethylamin(NDMA) compost and scavenging sodium nitrite by extract of Artemisia Anomala S.Moore were studied and the capabilities of disconnection and scavenging of the extract were compared with ascorbic acid.The result showed that when the content of solid in the extract was 63.52 mg/mL(correspond to the content of flavonoids in the extract,9.06 mg/mL),the highest capability of disconnecting of NDMA was 93.88%,then when the content of solid in the extract was 111.6 mg/mL(correspond to the content of flavonoids in the extract ,15.8 mg/mL),the highest capability of scavenging sodium nitrite was 89.36%.Under the same condition,capabilities of disconnecting and scavenging were 49.64% and 21.99% respectively by 1 mg the extract of artemisia Anomala S.Moore, compared with by 1 mg ascorbic acid,capabilities of disconnection and scavenging were 62.14% and 28.37% respectively.
