摘要
目的探讨上颌窦潴留冲洗治疗真菌性上颌窦炎的疗效。方法选择真菌性上颌窦炎患者80例,随机分为两组,治疗组40例,采用潴留冲洗;对照组40例,采用普通鼻腔冲洗。2个月后对所有患者进行鼻内镜检查及上颌窦CT扫描检查,评估术后上颌窦病变恢复情况,对治疗效果进行对比分析。结果治疗组中34例治愈,2有效,4例无效;对照组中10例治愈,11例鼻腔仍有脓性分泌物,窦腔内水肿或有囊泡形成,8例中鼻甲与鼻腔外侧壁粘连,窦口变小或粘连,11例有不同程度鼻塞、鼻腔明显分泌物及窦腔黏膜水肿。治疗组疗效与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论上颌窦潴留冲洗治疗真菌性上颌窦炎疗效明显优于普通鼻腔冲洗。
Objective To explore the curative effect of retention flushing used for fungal maxillary sinusitis. Methods Eighty cases of fungal maxillary sinusitis patients were randomly divided into two groups. All 40 patients of treatment group used retention flushing; The control group used the ordinary nasal flushing. All patients given nasal endoscopic examination and maxillary sinus CT scan after 2 months, the maxillary sinus lesions recovery was evaluated, the therapeutic effect was compared and analyzed. Results In the treatment group, 34 cases were recovered, 2 cases were still purulent discharge, 4 patients were adhesions; In the control group, 10 cases were recovered, 11 cases were still purulent discharge, sinus cavity edema or vesiculation, 8 cases were middle turbinate and nasal the external wall of the adhesion, sinus mouth smaller or adhesion, 11 cases were with varying degrees of nasal congestion, nasal secretions, the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant. Conclusion Retention flushing treatment fungal maxillary sinusitis significantly is better than the ordinary nasal irrigation.
