摘要
本文从农业转型升级的内涵出发,探讨了欠发达地区承接产业转移中的农业转型升级问题。研究表明:欠发达地区通过承接产业转移促进农业转型升级是在工业化、城镇化深入发展中同步推进农业现代化的一种内生性要求;对于农业转型升级而言,承接非农产业转移具有"拉动效应",承接农业产业转移具有"推动效应"。相应地,欠发达地区应积极构建承接产业转移和农业转型升级之间的互动机制,在承接产业转移中实现农业转型升级。
This article based on the connotation of agricultural transformation and upgrading, discussed the problem of agricultural transformation and upgrading in the undertaking industrial transfer. The results of research indicate that the undertaking industrial transfer promoting agricultural transformation and upgrading is endogenous need of agricultural modernization in underdeveloped area. Undertaking industrial transfer has obvious ＂pull effect＂ and ＂drive effect＂ to agricultural transformation and upgrading. Accordingly, the underdeveloped area should actively build interactive mechanism between industrial transfer and the agricultural transformation and upgrading to realize the agricultural transformation and upgrading.
