摘要
本文运用统计学原理探讨了分光光度法ELISA反应系统中阳性反应判断阈值的最佳确定方法。本文还就其原理、意义和实际应用等作了讨论。
The present paper deals with the establishme- nt of the best threshold for judgment of positive reaction in ELISA system. The fundamentals pract- ical applications and meanings are also discussied.
