摘要
在特种设备的安全监察工作中,行政许可和监督检查是安全监察工作的两大主要模式。本文从特种设备行政许可的法学依据、行政许可中的博弈理论、特种设备行政许可产生的社会效益以及加强安全生产工作的重要性等四个方面,论证了在我国社会主义初级阶段采用行政许可的方式对特种设备安全进行监管的重要性和必要性。
The administrative licensing and supervision are two main modes in the work of safety supervision of special equipment. Through legal basis, game theory, social benefit and strengthening of the safety supervision work of special equipment administrative licensing, the paper demonstrated the importance and necessity of administrative permission for special equipment safety supervision in the present primary stage of socialism.
