动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵控制血糖临床应用观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的探讨动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵控制血糖的临床疗效及护理方法。方法选取采用胰岛素泵治疗的2型糖尿病患者160例，随机分为两组，治疗组予动态血糖监测，对照组全天监测7次指尖血糖，1周后观察血糖控制及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患者血糖控制水平、低血糖发生率及患者依从性均优于对照组（均P〈0．05）。结论动态血糖监测联合胰岛素泵控制血糖效果好，不良反应发生率低，临床疗效好。
