CGMS与胰岛素泵在2型糖尿病患者血糖控制中的应用 被引量：28

摘要 目的利用先进的动态血糖检测系统,制订治疗方案、评估胰岛素泵治疗效果。方法对20例2型糖尿病患者先进行72h血糖监测,再使用胰岛素皮下持续输注控制血糖,同时使用动态血糖检测系统评估使用前后的血糖情况。结果接受胰岛素泵治疗3d后患者的空腹血糖、三餐后、晚22:00、凌晨2:00血糖明显降低,与治疗前相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论动态血糖检测系统与胰岛素皮下持续输注联合应用能更有效的控制血糖。
